Can we have any freeper that watched The Crossing on ABC for the last three months, chip in here.
One of the few new good TV series lately and the networks are killing it.
Did you like it, wasn't it original, unique, etc.

Where do we write or yell to complain and get it to Season Two? I pray an online network funds it for a Season Two.

Longmire was A&E's top rated show, but didn't pull the desired younger demo the way they wanted. But it had a loyal following that helped it land on Netflix for three additional seasons.

Longmire has an active Facebook fan group that demonstrated a lot of support and loyalty to the show. You might want to see if there is a similar group for The Crossing.

I watched the first episode, but it didn’t catch my fancy. I like Steve Zahn, but couldn’t bring myself to watch a second episode as I didn’t think the program would last. And I was right because they cancelled it about a month ago. Natalie Martinez had a lead role, and I had seen her in Under the Dome, and the one season of APB. Personally, I get tired of seeing the same faces on these programs over and over again.

I got through three episodes. Then it became every other drama on TV.

The Crossing didn’t have enough hooks to keep me rooted in my seat every week. It was confusing with a baffling central plot. That said, it was watchable and it’s surprising it wasn’t renewed.

Production has already started on the new shows. Staff is gone on to other things. Its dead, Jim.

Well, I like it. That, in itself, probably doomed the show to cancellation. ;-)

I liked it and the finale actually left the future open in that the Sheriff told the Deputy they had to find out what Naomi knew and the Doctor, obvious to we viewers, had just become the missing link to Apex.

It was too far out there. My wife and I watched a couple of episodes, then stopped. It didn't hold our interest. Taken is also being cancelled. I like that show.

I’ve read somewhere that this series is a bit left-wing. Was that your impression?

Are any shows “not” a bit left wing?

I liked it but it was running out of plot room real fast. It should have been written in a thematic anthology series.

“It was confusing with a baffling central plot.”
And it got mired into too many subplots. However, it did show promise.

I do not understand the obsession with the 18-34 demographic. It's us old farts who have the $$ to spread around. The only thing I can think of is that as one gets older one becomes less susceptible to advertising, so they go after the gullible young’uns.
