Vaccines have a low frequency of known deleterious effects. That is why the government has protected the manufacturers from lawsuits. Govt believes that vaccines are in the public good, even if some people are seriously injured. -fact-

I don’t think Gardasil for HPV is mandated, if that is what you are referring to. However, there are several that are mandatory for school attendance - see the link to Dept. Of Health for required vaccinations for school attendance:

I don’t think the word National refers to what is mandated or required, but rather indicates nation wide coverage for damages due to side effects of vaccines.
There is controversy around this issue with claims ranging from no links to other diseases vs links to things such as autism. Trump appointed RFKjr to head up a commission to investigate.

The Jury is still out with respect to this issue, but the budget seems to anticipate something - not known what if anything was spent last year for vaccine injuries-to be determined.
My husband had a doctors appt. yesterday and the doctor said he needed a pneumonia shot. I told him I think he has had all of them. The doctor said the STATE has a list of all the shots he has. I said you mean every time we get a vaccine it is registered by the state? He said yes, since 2013. The one pneumonia shot he got was before 2013 so it wasn’t on there. It was a good thing I keep our shot records in my purse so I was able to show the dr. and then he didn’t get a shot he didn’t need.
Teen/hpv is not mandatory but the Doctors do try to persuade you to get that one. When they’re as young as 12!
Chicken pox/varicella is mandatory for entering Kindergarten UNLESS the child has had chicken pox prior to starting kindergarten. OR you give a letter to the school district stating that it goes against your religion to vaccinate. Not sure about illegals/refugees. I’m sure they’re let off the hook due to a variety of reasons!
I did have to sign a waiver when I refused the hepatitis vaccine for my 1 month old (bunch of years ago). The doctor chuckled, and REFUSED to sign a waiver FOR ME, guaranteeing its safety, as the vaccine had been taken off market due to containing mercury, but was put back on market only a month later (with the gov’t verifying its safety). All $$$$$$$$$$$.
