I wanna know what people think of this EO 23 theory.

In Q drop 1386, dated May 16, Q mentions an unreleased EO. Further, that drop features a Tweet by Trump in which the President states, "at some point I will have no choice but to use the powers granted to the Presidency and get involved." In the next drop (same day), the unreleased EO is mentioned again and Q adds that information must first be requested.
So information is requested, let's say on May 17 for example, which I believe might be referred to in Q drop 1380 or 1376 or the Weiner laptop - all can pull the thread to start unravel Cabal and its members in the public eye. There's actually too much to choose from on that score.
Q drops 1400 through 1402 (May 17) warn of the common theme (False Flags) when information is about to drop.
Sadly, May 18 was a day with another school shooting and other tragedies which may add to the FF count.
Then Q drop 1415 dated May 19 includes the text "They thought it was coming yesterday. They were wrong. Follow the pen."
So perhaps the pen is the one that signed the unreleased exective order that may give teeth to prior Executive Order 13823 Protecting America Through Lawful Detention of Terrorists, shown at top of this thread
. That prior EO mentions lawful detention of "certain persons who were a part of or substantially supported al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, or associated forces engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners." I'm not a lawyer but it seems like most of our prior government was dealing arms, Uranium and other supports (cash) to nations we are supposedly at war with in the ME.
I also wonder if the Anon's comment 1419 "You knew when you set that trip..." made me wonder if the resetting of the trip code was more of a trap code. Yeah...I was stretching but it was the way the Anon mentions "23" and prior knowledge.
Any thoughts? Can you catch me up on the latest? Sorry for the long post.

That’s kinda where I am too. Brain is fried and was heading to bed. I’ll sleep on it and maybe the solution will be there when I wake up. LOL
The context of that is the May 15, 2018 letter signed by Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows and Ron DeSantis, and addressed to President Trump.
The letter isn't precisely/specifically particular, but I see no way to extent the request to include anything relating to Weiner's laptop.
EO 13823 makes perfect sense! Note that in Q’s post there is space before the 23. I think you’ve got it!!!
Re: the trip code “error”.
I now think that was NOT a mistake. I agree it was some sort of trap for the DS, but I’m not Quite sure how that might have worked. Maybe to flush out a traitor?
If Q is a team (likely, IMO), then maybe one member is not quite trustworthy?
Or maybe they just wanted to see how fast DS would pounce, who would pounce, and what they would do if the trip code was revealed.
Just arrived back, but I think this theory has legs. I doubt Q picks the most obvious meanings for clues and if we look at an example like “pickle” we see that. The most obvious choice was to be in a pickle, but with some digging, we learned it was the Pickle Factory.

It has to refer to that EO, as you say - or if it doesn’t, it should!
