I’m not really sure what her point is here, but that’s just what every mom wants next Sunday, a reusable shopping bag, which implies up til then she’s been killing the planet.
She is right about one thing, greeting cards have become insanely expensive - it’s not unusual to see a $5+ price tag.
I am a distributor for SendOutCards. About a buck and a half for a card that you choose online and can modify with your own message and small extra charge to add photo. A real paper card that is delivered, not a computer message.
FReepmail me if you want more info. I use them for personal and business. Once the database is created, you can send out Christmas cards to hundreds and it will take just a couple minutes.
I never wanted cards and don’t want a reusable shopping bag. I’d be tickled pink if for Mother’s Day to have the shopping done for me. Or any household chore. Just one. But that’s too much to ask and was already turned down.
Or it implies she’s just an old bag.
Two words: Dollar Tree. Fifty cents for most cards, a dollar for the fancier ones.
Her point? Meh.....Pay someone to write, give them a deadline, and they’ll write.
