You file a lawsuit in the hope of getting the President to be deposed or at least to get some publicity. Good luck with that, Stormy.
You get the DNC to fund her lawyers and her cut to make charges that will be reported on CNN, MSMBC and the other leftist outlets. The plan is not to win in court, but to create the story.

Was she a public figure when she was defamed? Probably.
She is a porn star past her date of expiration. She in effect sold her body for money which is her perfect right of which I take no offense nor make criticism, I am a libertarian.
Someone is paying today not for her body but just trying to take Trump down. She is the same person she has always been. In the past she was selling her body and today she sells accusations that may be true or may be false. I suspect true.
I would love to know who is paying her. She is probably making more money today than she did as a porn star.
