- Anderson Cooper: (NA) CNN News Anchor, rabid anti-Trump polemicist. Came to CNN from ABC. Cooper joined ABC from Channel One News, where he served as chief international correspondent. During that time, he reported and produced stories, often on his own, from conflicts in Bosnia, Cambodia, Haiti, Israel, Myanmar, Russia, Rwanda, Somalia, and South Africa. Channel One News was a school television network seen daily in more than 12,000 classrooms nationwide. Cooper graduated from Yale University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He also studied Vietnamese at the University of Hanoi (Credit FreeQ TEXOKIE).

- Delta Engine Fire: (#1176) A Delta Airlines plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, shortly after taking off Wednesday due to smoke coming out of one of the engines. Delta Flight 30, carrying 274 passengers and 14 crew members, had taken off from Atlanta at 6 p.m. EDT and was headed to London when the crew reported a potential engine malfunction and the plane was forced to return to the airport. It was later determined that the right engine of the plane was faulty. The plane landed with flames emitting from both ends of the Engine. Q hints it was a deliberate act.
