I’ve seen around a few times that CINC recalled him for the purpose of SC, with a UCMJ trial if he refuses or derelicts. Seems like a mighty risky plan, but if anybody could pull it off, it’d be our CINC. That’s a plot twist I’d rather learn of after the fact than work it into the calcs right now.
