I think I may have found the answer for this photo. Iran might have been using stock footage from Youtube. This is not my debunking and the video is down, but there are screenshots at this link:

hmmmm .... thx! (photo of pallet of $$$ @ treasury) looks legit & it seemed curious at the time that such a thing could get out. Whose psyops? 3rd party I’d presume ala the golden showers in “dossier”?
