Note that early on, Q said some disinformation would be necessary - something to keep in mind when reading about Muller or others (not that I know if this drop has any). I challenge you to go a week restraining yourself from giving in to the impulse to expressing a negative, sarcastic, mocking judgement.
Q is saying that people worldwide, "deep pharma" withholds CURES but provides TREATMENT, which would maintain for them a more constant money stream. He seems to suggest that drug researchers are killed to maintain the lid on the cures.
And his comment about the chain of command probably means that the same people controlling "big pharma" are the same ones who control the international cabal. The nasty, filthy globalist, One World Government, Soros, Cankbamas and assorted other small fry.
I can see them sitting around in their evil lair discussing this. It's exactly what I would do if I was a cold hearted, Dr. Evil kinda guy. Control Control Control.
