    Bad idea, good man.
Joe diGenova would be my first choice if he is eligible for the job. He’s top notch.

A partisan SC will give the RATs all the talking points they ever need. Diogenes needs to do the search for a Special Counsel.

Seriesly, why, when a special counsel is appointed do we get Washington insiders? ( I certainly know the answer, and everyone here knows the answer).
Why not a respected jurist from Kansas, i.e.?

Joe knows his trade. Larry does not have the prosecutorial (criminal law/procedure expertise) for the job. Larry definitely should be on the team because he knows Washington/Deep State as well as anyone.

Klayman never got anything done. Tom Fitton is the guy you want.

Great point about Klayman. Our side must fight “smart” and he would be a good asset.

    Or Andrew McCarthy.

 Sure, why not.

I dont know how Virginia Roberts votes, but she doesnt trust Dersh. All those times when she was 16, she did all the sex he wanted, and now he wont admit to any of it.

If a special counsel is named ( something I seriously doubt ) it will be somebody along the lines of Tom Ridge or Charlie Crist.
You know, somebody respected on "both sides of the aisle ", that will get nothing done other than to run a few Republicans up the river.

Saying Dershowitz "won't admit to it," is a bit lame. He apparently vehemently denies it. He sued the lawyers who suggested what you apparently believe; and they reached a private settlement where they stated that their claims were "a mistake."
Contrast Dershowitz's reaction with say Bill Clinton. Did Bill Clinton ever sue anyone?

There’s no way the demorats would stop having convulsions of objection if Klayman — or anyone on his staff (like Tom Fitton, et al) — were appointed...
