Sometimes I feel like the only woman in the world who thinks breastfeeding should be done behind closed doors.
Some women are attention whores that is the problem.

No you’re not. We aren’t savages. Civilized people show a degree of modesty.
..........am not a woman but I totally agree with you!
You're not.
You aren't.
If you can do it discreetly (which is not the case here) then your choice but I would not do it.
“Sometimes I feel like the only woman in the world who thinks breastfeeding should be done behind closed doors.”
I have lots of very devout Catholic friends. Numerous times the moms among them (who have 7, 8, and 9 kids) have breastfed their children right in front of me and I didn’t even initially realize it was happening because they used a small blanket to cover up. There’s no reason why a mom cannot cover up. It’s not hard.
You aren’t. I would cover if I were a young mother today. I would leave the room to nurse if we had company in our home when I was nursing, including my MIL, who was outraged that I did leave the room.
This young woman clearly lacks what I would consider to be average modesty, judging by the location of the tattoo. It fairly screams “Look at me!”
This incident smells staged.
No, this woman also thinks it’s a personal matter that should not be flaunted in public. I breastfed all 4 of my children. On a few rare occasions, it was in public places, but nobody was aware of it because I had ways of covering up.
You are not alone. When I was a more supportive coachs wife I dragged the babies to wrestling meets (stopped that around baby #4) and have many memories of nursing a baby while sitting in a bathroom stall, trying to keep from touching anything.
There was no way on earth I was going to nurse a baby where my husbands wrestling team could see! Really, where anyone else could see either.
For the most part, I tried to time errands around the babies schedules, but would feed them in the back seat of the minivan if necessary-front seat was too exposed.
Maybe not the last, but someday soon. I can hope.
No you are not the only one! I breastfeed my daughter when she was an infant but if we were out in public and she got hungry we either went to a restroom or out to our car. I’m sorry but common decency should dictate that a woman doesn’t take her boob out in public and let her child suckle from it.
No there’s two of us. LOL!
Nope, it is just a handful of in your face libs that want to force their beliefs down our throats and make us look bad when we don’t want to see it.
I am sure if you ask the women doing this, or supporting this who they voted for they would proudly say Hillary. Same people wearing pussy hats in the street, shock value. I am sure she totally supports abortion, yet is concerned that she can’t breast feed her baby in public- give me a break.
Count me in on that short list too.
