Seems like a conflict of interest.

What if there is a cheaper, naturopathic way of ........?

Well, at least the people they kicked out of their homes can smile if they can remember who Pfizer is in their old age.

A couple of years ago I was on a tour with a couple from Sweden...Stockholm to be precise. The husband was a brain researcher at the Karolinska Institute,a very well known scientific research institution (well known among scientists at least). One night our group had a bit of a bull session at which he was the "star" and at one point he stated that scientists know more about the surface of the moon than about the human brain.

Assuming he's correct it kinda makes sense that Pfizer threw in the towel.

Of course-but this appears to be more about Pfizer’s profit margin than any desire they might have to find a cure for anything-the big money is in treating symptoms, not in cures.

there are very few things that the private sector cannot develop and supply for us

perhaps this is one of them? i, for one, would make an exception to my general approach about keeping government small.... if these 300 scientists are any good at all (and I presume they are, given Pfizer hired them), maybe they could be given govt contracts to continue their efforts to find cures for Alzheimers and Parkinsons?

take the $ out of the Snake Dept and ATF budgets?

There’s more profit in Government-mandated vaccines anyway.
