What’s weird is that Cruz isn’t stupid and he HAD TO KNOW that Hillary would never allow the country’s demographics to ever again give any conservative a chance at winning.
Yet he was so consumed with anger that he simply didn’t care.
There are some who live in the past and thrive in the past. That’s all.
Why are we picking at scabs?
Good question. Those who pick at scabs don’t understand what winning is about. We run the risk of losing in 2018 because we are poor winners.
Yeah, I don’t get it. I can see rubbing Cruz’s face in it if he did something or had said something to hinder President Trump’s tax cuts or other agenda items, but, as far as I know, he hasn’t.
I think Donald Trump brought out the flaws in Ted Cruz, I really do.

Cruz personally had a bitter issue with Trump saying things regarding the ‘JFK’ expose’ which the National Enquirer had published.
Trump personally had a bitter issue with Cruz stealing Trump’s rightfully won delegates each time candidate Trump won another state primary. The GOPe was enabling Cruz with this delegate theft.
Trump had a problem running against candidate Cruz dodging the fact that he is not a natural born citizen, especially since Trump had been so vocal about Hussein’s ineligibility.
*** The photo of Lee Harvey Oswald working along side Daddy Cruz immediately resulted in Cruz dropping out of the presidential race following the Indiana Primary. This is after $12,000,000 had replenished Cruz’s campaign coffers. Raphael Cruz did not publicly offer any explanation for his activities in New Orleans with LHO in 1962, nor did he ever sue The Enquirer for libel. It was absolutely ‘fair game’ since Daddy had been campaigning for Cruz for two years.
Most importantly, it revealed Cruz’s long term relationship to the Bush family and the how his son had risen in politics.
Ted Cruz is living rent free in the OP’s mind.
Trump won over Cruz for the nomination and went on to win the Presidency. What’s the point in dredging this up?
Because Ted just said a few days ago he is still running for President...”I’m committed to my lifelong journey” of being President.
Ted is toast. He burned his bridges nationally during 2016. His “weirdness” and dishonesty sealed his fate. He should be happy where he is or lobby for a SC appointment or work harder for Trump. What has he accomplished in the Senate? He’ll never win the presidency but is still running for some reason and should be concentrating on the Senate. He is the one that needs to get over it, not me. That is the point.
Hot Air made the claim that Cruz is still running for POTUS. I follwed the link and didn’t see a direct quote to that effect. However, Hot Air was massively pro-Cruz and anti-Trump, so there’s no reason they would misrepresent such an item. If Cruz is putting that out there, he can expect to garner some attention.
