I don’t see how that’s Alaska Airlines’ fault. I’m sure there are elevators in that airport. Either way, hard to see AA as the either the direct cause or proximate cause of this and without cause you ain’t got negligence.
In my experience Alaska Airlines is the single most pleasant airline to fly on, bar none.
Nothing against granny (as opposed to her worthless family) but I hope AA comes out unbled.
Yeah I think they have to have elevators for handicapped people and children in strollers.
