I would love to...but, my Dell Inspiron with WIN10 will not play more than a few seconds....volume disappears to nothing unless I tap again....ideas, anyone????

Updated the Realtek Driver....didn’t help....maybe I should uninstall the last couple updates???....I’m sure it worked when I first got this laptop in March.
