Watch Dog (Klayman) Files Complaint To Force DOJ Investigation of Mueller
Conservative Daily News ^ | November 27, 2017 | Rich Mitchell

Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, and a former federal prosecutor in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (Justice), announced today the filing of a Complaint for Writ of Mandamus and Injunctive Relief in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Case no. 1:17-cv-02459) to force Justice’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and Inspector General (IG) to investigate the alleged criminal leaks of grand jury information that have consistently emanated from the Office of the Special Counsel, as well as the obvious conflicts of interest among the staff.

The complaint, which was filed against Attorney General Jeff Sessions, FBI Director Christopher Wray and the heads of OPR and IG in their official capacities, prays that the court orders the Justice Department to expeditiously conduct investigations – as Klayman had filed an administrative complaint many months ago which was ignored – and order that Mueller be removed as special counsel based on gross prosecutorial misconduct.

“Robert Mueller is not a ‘man of integrity’ as the Washington, D.C., Democrat and Republican political establishment like to spin,” Klayman said upon filing the complaint. “He is just another pol who is representing his establishment benefactors in both political parties who want to see the presidency of Donald Trump destroyed."

Some in Congress are trying to get Mueller removed as well, but so far the deep state is intent on allowing Mueller to do his dirty work on Trump.

Good idea.

Someone ought to force disclosure of the budget for those leeches, too.

When Wikileaks dumps the communications between Mueller and his playmates things will get really interesting.

The irony of the request is you are asking for the DoJ to investigate itself, which could lead to less than revealing results. However, if the IG got involved, and some possible honest people in the DoJ somewhere, you might get something that could lead up to a full second special counsel,to investigate Mueller (and Rosenstein), which is what is really needed.

When your enemy can plant false evidence on your computers, nobody is squeaky clean, and the government can “prove” whatever it wants to prove.

That’s where we’re at.

There is a reason that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was hacked by US government software and why classified records were planted there without her knowledge...

And there is a reason that the NSA/CIA has IT “fingerprints” for things like the Russian spy agencies, which can be planted wherever they want to create a Russian bogey-man...

As long as these facts are true, justice is a sick, sick joke in these United States of America.

A better demand would where the hush up money for the harassers came from.

Klayman seems to be a decent person with good intentions, but he has a dismal track record when it comes to successes. I’d rather have Fitton at JW get involved as he gets things done.

The reason it may appear that Klayman has a poor record of trial wins is because he often files logshot lawsuits at the government, simply to bring attention to the matter, or gain information through discovery. If you keep those goals in mind, he’s been a tremendous success.

I’ve been saying that for years. The government can put anything they want on your computer. And it depends on how they want to ruin a person. Illegal and sick pictures. I won’t even say the words. Bank hacking. Or top secret info. I didn’t Know about Atkinson. And they can also show it came from wherever it will cause the most damage.

I think that may be the way they make newly elected Congress people to tow the line. And they’re even told they can’t resign.

I’ve been called an idiot for these theories.

A lot of people who have been called idiots are being vindicated.

Now if only the victims of our own government were vindicated...

When I was in the thick of investigating what I can now prove was the hoax of Loretta Fuddy’s death, I was threatened with various things - some of which came to pass (including things that could only have been done by the deep state), such as my husband and daughter being poisoned, resulting in my husband losing his job and suffering from ever-worsening dementia. One thing I was threatened with that did not come to pass was “It would be a shame if kiddie pics were found on your husband’s computer...” That was the response passed on to me via an attempted post to my blog right after I posted about the government’s ability to “alter history” through these kinds of shenanigans. I was on vacation at the time and scrambled to find somebody to unplug and sequester his computer so the threat could not be carried out. My own government is at war with me and has no qualms about basically assassinating an innocent pastor and a 15-year-old girl, if it will stop researchers from exposing their crimes.

Right now the biggest question for any of the Congress-critters is this: “Why should any of us believe ANYTHING that comes out of your mouths or the mouths of any government agency?”

We are literally in an existential crisis.

Every one of us needs to be fighting on our knees. That’s the biggest way we can help President Trump right now.

The government has done its level-best to keep citizens from having “standing” to keep the government accountable. They’ve done their level-best to destroy the lives of those who push for answers anyway. We can do what we can to either find out the truth or to spread the truth once someone else finds it, but the most powerful thing we can do is pray.

We are really and truly in a spiritual war with the forces of truth and life battling the forces of lies and death. Trump can’t win this war alone, but he can be used by God the same way that David and his sling were used to fell Goliath. And each one of us has a part, on our knees at least.
