Type 2 diabetic here. Avoiding refined carbs (white flour and white rice) does the trick for me.

I wonder how they could adapt this to those with low blood sugar. My grandmother died of pancreatic cancer, too, so I have been reading what catches my eye in this regard.

Keep in mind there is a vast industry built up around maintaining the “diabetes crisis” here in America.

This regimen may even be useful against a number of other maladies that plague individuals of all ages, with HUGE ramifications in regards to the delivery of health maintenance services.

Very true! This year, I started doing a daily 16 hour fast, eating only between 10 AM and 6 PM and lost 25 pounds over two months, along with a high-fat, low carb diet. It works great, and my doctor tells me I’m no longer pre-diabetic.
