Unwired DC power?
My brother believes J.D. Rockefeller pulled the plug on this Tesla idea, when he learned there would be no way to bill for its use.....
If we r going to rebuild their entire infrastructure, then there which not be a single power line or comm cable above ground. Bury all cables underground a transformers n switchgear located to take advantage of terrian n man made structure to protect the hardware.
Also, no money to the PR pols. Direct contracts to contractors w milestone payments only after completed, documented n tested.
