I watch the originals as a kid, and then the movies with the original cast. I never got into any of the spin offs. Almost 50 years since the original series and Neil Armstrong's walk on the moon, with still no flying cars or colonies on Mars, the actors and a drama queens of the spin off shows must feel pretty pathetic playing the cheesy politically correct roles of today, or maybe its their 'reality'.
I hated the first episode of Star Trek: Discovery
I tried watching the 2nd episode at http://www.watchseries.do but could not get past 1/2 the show. Just stupid writing and bad acting. Too many lens flares too!
I ended up searching on reviews and read the 98% negative reviews. Also youtube has many reviews. CBS really screwed up. There are zero characters you like on the show. Zero.
