Have seen several people firing bumpfire weapons at the range. When fired unsupported it was difficult to keep the rounds on the range let alone hitting a target. Firing supported wasn’t much better.
Never did see the purpose other than showing others you can waste money at an astounding rate and piss off the government at the same time.
He didn’t have to aim, per se, target was as big as a ballfield.
Good Lord, Paddock did not need any accuracy whatsoever in this situation. If he could hit a barn wall @ 50 ft. with his rig, he’d be able to incur the # of casualties he did.
I shudder to think of the result had he had any accuracy: He was shooting for 13 minutes at a high rate AT A CROWD OF 22,000 PEOPLE.
was the range target zone 350,000 square feet? Did they also have the barrel end pistol grip? You may have also missed that the JP4 tanks 1100 feet away also have bullet impacts.
