Brown said his team will try to trace the package and also see if they can find out where it was headed, and who was supposed to receive it.

Maybe the order of tracing the package and making a lot of noise about tracing the package should have been reversed.

Yeah, they ought to solve the case first. Now someone has probably fled the country or been killed by a cartel.
