It's hard to explain... you see, the best chassis is mid-engine, one of the best bang-for-buck muscle engines is an LS-X (LS-3, LS-7, LS-9)... you know, easy 500+ horsepower, aluminum, $19.00 oil changes...
Well, to cut to the chase, just look...
I'm a fan of German cars and American muscle... these guys took the best muscle car engine and paired it up with the best sports car design ever built (that's a daily driver and within most budgets.)
Voila... pure Sacrilege !
ENJOY!
I wouldn’t sneeze at having a Boxter!!
BoxSter :)
Thanks for posting.
I had a 914 back in the day and this just fired me up again. ;)
Hmmm, wondering if wife would kill him... A $2000 dollar car with a blown engine, as he looks at Craigslist and Copart....
Nice combo. A Boxter I can respect. I was prepared to poo-poo your Boxter until I paid attention to what you said you did. 500+ in that little frame’s gotta be a rush.
I bought a Saturn Sky Redline (260Hp) back in 2008, and paid about $32K. Really made this guy I knew mad, cause he spent over $60K for his Boxter, and mine would keep up with it...
I’m in a 2015 Mustang GT now (435Hp, 4.4 0-60), factory setup, and I’m having a blast. There’s a bolt-on blower available to take it past 700Hp, but I’m scared to go there!
Anyway - nice car, cool sound!
