Probably not officially a muscle car, but I got a 56 Corvette with a 265 and 3 on the floor when I came home from Vietnam Nam in 69. Hot little engine! Blew it up and put a 327 in it with a Rochester Quadrajet and Borg Warner T-10 4 speed. Couldn’t hold it down. Every time I came back to that car there were phone numbers tucked under the windshield wipers. Another life time. So long ago.
