On her MSNBC show this morning and while discussing the grand jury that Robert Mueller has impaneled in Washington, DC, Joy Reid dismissed as “one of the more absurd arguments I’ve heard” Harvard law prof Alan Dershowitz’s assertion that DC has “an ethnic and racial composition that might be very unfavorable to the Trump Administration.”
Paul Butler, a law prof at George Washington University, reinforced Reid: “Alan Dershowitz was my criminal law professor, but I’m here to teach him: Professor Dershowitz, you’re just wrong on that issue.”

Real credible advice coming from someone who attended Harvard, and studied documentary filmmaking in the Visual and Environmental Studies department. So if you think Dershowitz’s focus on racial composition is absurd, tell me Joy, why did you write a book titled:
“Fracture: Barack Obama, the Clintons, and the Racial Divide”?????

OJ’s jury should have been from his peers in Brentwood - not from LA’s black ghettos.

I’m also worried about the race thing but as worried — or more — about their ideology!
MUELLER’S KANGAROO COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!
It’s just been announced that Muller has empaneled a GRAND JURY to “investigate” the meeting between a hack Russian lawyer and several Trump folks during the campaign, which meeting was a set-up by obozo, Rice and other Democrat operatives to establish the false narrative of “collusion” between Trump and the Putin. Oh, and did you notice how the fake news outlets picked it up and beat it like a rented mule?
If you don’t recall, Muller is Comey’s BBF and is required to step down as Special Prosecutor due to the federal statute requiring him to do so for that — and other — conflicts of interest in the matter. BUT HE WON’T STEP DOWN and the GOPe wimps in Congress have thus far done their customary Pontius Pilate routine!
Inasmuch as Muller’s Grand Jury will be composed of jurors from D.C., Northern Virginia and Maryland, the majority will no doubt be government employees, friends or family of government employees, lobbyists eager to curry favor with their friends (can you say “government employees”?) and assorted others who owe their existence and financial well being to the government.
The shorthand for all of that is the “DEEP STATE”.
In case you’ve not been paying attention, Trump spent the bulk of his campaign and the first 6 months of his term raging against and attempting to dislodge and dismantle that very same DEEP STATE.
Given all that, does anyone in his right mind really believe that a group of 23 of those folks will NOT find Trump and his folks culpable of SOME wrongdoing, refer to further prosecution (by ANOTHER jury of Deep Staters) and secure a conviction. At the very least, they hope to create enough doubt in the minds of voters to cause Capitol Hill to swing back left in 2018 while pissing away gobs of YOUR DOUGH in an unfounded “investigation” that would make a proctologist proud.
Two closing points:
1. Weeks ago, Trump should have spoken to Muller the short phrase he made famous:”YOU’RE FIRED”!
2. To avoid doing a rush job and risk an embarrassing “day of” failure, the Deep State agency for such activity should set to work now constructing the mechanism required to administer “justice” to Trump.
I believe it’s called a GALLOWS?
