Where are the pictures of nature taking over abandoned civilizations? Does it not work both ways?
Not necessarily, especially when they are different habitats. Many species are very “picky” about where they forage/breed/migrate.
I am a birder but have to chuckle at this. Many birders lamented the end of Obama’s presidency. One big name called him the greatest President of their lifetime. I’m sure this will do nothing to change his tune.
