Like a True Socialist: Bernie Sanders is Allegedly Stealing ‘The Washington Post’ from His Neighbor
Gateway Pundit ^ | 07/27/2017 | Matt Miller

According to WMAL radio host Chris Plante, Senator Bernie Sanders has been stealing editions of the ‘Washington Post’ from his neighbor. Clearly the washed-up socialist has no principles.

Bernie Sanders and his wife Jane when they are in Washington DC, live in this house on Capitol Hill, ok? Part of their vast real estate empire. They’re like wannabe Trumps with their real estate holdings. The next-door neighbor…their neighbor on Capitol Hill called the Washington Post and told the Washington Post that they were cancelling their Washington Post subscription because their very expensive Sunday Post stopped showing up.

The Washington Post said, “Please, do not cancel your subscription to the Washington Post. We will investigate with the delivery person and we will get back to you.” So the Post investigated. They got back to the person cancelling their subscription to the Post and they said, “Listen, we talked to the delivery person. Our delivery person claims has seen you come out of your house again and again and grab the paper on Sunday mornings. Immediately as the paper delivery person delivers the paper, they’ve seen you come out of your house and pick up the newspaper. So, sir, you are lying to us.”

[The neighbor] said, “Oh, ok, I’ve been coming out and picking up the paper?”

“Yes, and we got a description from the delivery person. You are an older man with gray hair, balding, and little round glasses…” And the guy said, “I’m like, you know, in my 50s and I’ve got a full head of dark hair. But, my neighbor is Bernie Sanders.”

And Bernie Sanders has been coming out every  Sunday morning and stealing his next door neighbor’s Washington Post.

Get it on video....
Then sell it to his next political rival. I bet you would make enough money to recover the cost of the paper.

Reads like a fake story people used to email each other in the early 90’s. If the paper suspected the subscriber of lying they would just cancel the paper as requested rather than risk a libel charge.

I worked with a person who did just that. Driving to work,
he would stop at a person’s newpaper box on the side of the road and steal it. I don’t know for how long he did it, but he was I believe caught.

Yup. Fake. Too much detail. The guy dropping off the paper is not going to hang around and observe who picks it up. They toss it out of their vehicle and roll on to the next house.

” So, sir, you are lying to us.”
Doubt they would say it like this. This sounds like a phony story.

Those types of emails haven’t gone away. This is a ridiculous story - no person answering a complaint for a large company would respond in this manner. Didn’t anyone acknowledge that the carrier was no doubt leaving the paper at the wrong house?

Bernie supporters would probably think stealing your neighbor’s paper is only fair and just.

I torrented Abbie Hoffman’s book because it was fittingly ironic to do so. Had no idea what it was at the time.

It was actually not a bad read, though I’ll be damned if I can remember anything that was in it.

I used to subscribe to the Wall St. Journal. Every morning someone would steal my paper but return it before I got home from work. I didn’t mind too much until late one night, I was sitting in bed, finally getting to read the paper, when I turned the page I found lots of toast crumbs and some jelly on the page.

I whole idea of someone sitting having toast and a nice cup of coffee while I was at work was too much for me. Sort of like the idea of someone on welfare sitting around while I was working and paying taxes.

The Obama scumbag family has stolen tens of millions of dollars to go on lavish vacations reserved for royalty and we’re worried about sanders ripping off a newspaper? Yeah, that’s news, alright. /s

Steve McQueen did that. He stole a newspaper from a newspaper rack. It was even filmed.

He and his wife have a bad habit of redistributing other people’s money into their own wallets.
