Local news reports are that the shooter was in the passengers seat of the squad car and drew his gun and shot across his partner who was talking to the woman through the open drivers side window. Gee I wonder if the local White Lives Matter group will block the freeway and demand justice?

I call BS, the partner would have had his eardums blown out,or been blinded by shrapnel, that is very very unlikely, he was probably raping someone on the seat from the passenger side when she walked up and started to take a video of the rape with her cell phone when he shot her....Reports said she was reporting a sexual assault to 911

so I have a wild imagination....so what , makes way more sense than that he just shot a woman for no reason
