Germany, after WW1,fell into a struggle basically between communists {antifa) and the NSDAP as to who would rule Deutschland. The Nazis proved to be more ruthless and effective in defeating the antifa scum.
Good post! Antifa are not anarchists, they are communists. Notice how they sprang to life when the right began to win.

That’s an endlessly debatable conclusion but if you want to say the NSDAP was “left wing” be my guest.I don’t know that we can compare the left and right of today with early 20th century German political movements. The “reds” of those days owed allegiance to USSR communism whereas NSDAP was very pan German. Today we have a democrat party dedicated to god knows what but it ain’t America. If NSDAP was “left” then communists were much further left.
