I cannot find a single example in the Bible of a righteous man or woman taking his/her own life, even those with presumable cause to do so (e.g. King David suffered from poor circulation and was cold all the time; the prophet Elisha died of an illness).

Samson. They had him chained up while "they" partied. He removed the pillars holding up the party temple. It came crashing down. On Samson. Party over. Samson dead. Party people (Philistines) who served Dagon & didn't give a damn dead too.
He had judged Israel twenty years.
