I take it he’s a Navy Captain (O-6) not an Army, Air Force or Marine Captain (O-3) right? Why not send a C-130 “Puff the Magic Dragon” to eliminate them?

Puff retired long ago and the more recently retired AC-130H Spectre. Now its AC-130U Spooky, AC-130W Stinger II and AC-130J Ghostrider.
