You can only be President 2 terms period.
It is NOT 2 terms in a row, then skip 4 years, and become POTUS another 1 or 2 terms. It does not work that way.

There is some debate about this. Having sat out a term there are constitutional scholars who say someone could run again. If anyone ever lived who could be narcissistic enough to try it it would be Obongo.
