Go back 30 years, maybe 40. Man wears clown mask and jumps out at cars. Is anyone so FRIGHTENED they cream their jeans and run to call the cops?

Been a lot of people wearing clown masks/costumes and chasing people with knives. Don’t know what the deal is. Never liked clowns to start with, now really don’t care for them.
