Nonsense.
Comey went along with the Obama administration whitewash of the Hillary email investigation. He never complained about not being able to present anything to a grand jury, handing out immunity left and right, letting participants act as attorneys and sit in on interviews, and so forth.
He dishonestly pretended that there was no probable cause to believe that Hillary knowingly ran classified info through her server, even though she knew full well what kind of info was classified and what was not, and ran it through her server over and over and over and over again.
And the Obama administration investigated the supposed Trump-Russian connection for months, by the NSA and the CIA and the FBI and the other 17 intelligence agencies, with Susan Rice apparently reading reports of the daily activities of Trump people using the spying apparatus of the US government.
They came up with nada. Nothing. A silly paid piece of discredited campaign opposition propaganda was used as the basis for getting a FISA warrant for even further spying.
And yet Comey is out there pretending there is still something to investigate, if only they would give him a bigger budget? At this point it is just a fishing expedition for grist for the leak mill and perhaps a perjury trap or two.
So all of this effort by Comey on the spurious Trump collusion with Russian hacking, but what about the Clinton Cash investigations? Why has nothing ever happened on that?
And what the heck has Comey been doing on the leak investigation? Sally Yates, who should have been the starting point for that investigation, testified that no one from the FBI ever contacted her about the leaks.
What do we need NOW? We need an investigation by experienced, serious prosecutors supported by an uncompromised team of experious, serious FBI special agents into possible obstruction of justice by Lynch, Comey, McCabe, Yates and anyone else who made the decisions to whitewash the Hillary and Clinton Foundation investigations and any other matters in which Obama administration people were protected from investigation or prosecution for crimes.
Yes, many of these leftists are accomplices and should be charged as such.

The sense of this is that Comey was never the instigator or main director of the Clinton email whitewash program, even though he aided and abetted the cover-up. The exception was his initiative in the aftermath of the “tarmac meeting”, where Bill’s moves to obstruct justice were so flagrant that Comey rushed to get Hillary off the hook before the Clintons dug a deeper hole. (Though for all I know, the Clintons wanted to compromise Lynch to throw this into Comey’s hands).
This matters because the true directors of the cover-up still occupy government jobs. They need to be identified and purged from government, if still in it (Yates isn’t; McCabe is) and brought to justice. Ultimately Hillary (and probably Cheryl Mills) ran the show, through her web of lawyers and implanted agents within the DoJ and State Dept. Comey was just another tool in their box. Tools have to be used with care or they can cut you.
