In 1983 I was given a VHS film to watch. It started out sorta S&M but then the woman pulls out a plastic bag and puts it over the guys head... I thought it was fake, but there were three more short films. They were SNUFF Flicks and to this day both that I saw still haunt me - those films were from the PI as well.
Europe used to be bad. I remember talking to older guys who had been stationed in Europe (before I joined the service) telling me some pretty awful stories of the things they saw going on in the 40’s,50’s,60’s,70,s , and even into the early 80,s. Bad shit.
