Always seemed to be smiling in court even after first conviction.Got acquitted or murders 2 and 3 and some wondered if brilliant lawyers could somehow get him off, or a liberal governor could free him etc
Had a $40M contract but acted stupidly.

NESN is talking to a law school professor who is saying he can no longer be called a convicted murder as his sentence will have to be vacated since he cannot assist in the appeal. Hogwash. Even someone who is pardoned has been convicted.

No gov of Massachusetts would ever do something so stupid as to pardon him. There is no upside. He is now despised here in New England.
