Grew up eating pig weed and dandy lions, the yellow flowers on dandy lions also made a great jellly.

Anyone trying to feed me weeds needs to be locked up. Spring used to bring us to the weed patch to gather Slick Doc, Curley Dock, Lamb's Quarter, Dandelion, and of corse Polk Salad. You eat spinach you can eat those.
