A Northville doctor was charged on Thursday with performing female genital mutilation on minor girls out of a Livonia medical office.
According to the complaint filed in federal court, Dr. Jumana Nagarwala performed the procedure on girls between the ages of 6 and 8 years old. The complaint states that some members of a religion across the world have the procedure done to reduce sexual pleasure and promiscuity.

Golly it's almost like they are afraid to name it.
Dr. Jumana Nagarwala
Gee. why would an ‘american’ do this heinous thing?
I hope this doctor loses her license.
Pretty soon they will be building their own hospitals and imams will tell the police that they are “no-go” zones.
It's always been done by old women at a coffee clache type of affair.
Mom and girl arrive and two or three other older women chat and make like it's just a day with the girls (to ease the victim's fears), and finally get the victim in a position where she is held down and mutilated with mom's blessing.
THAT'S what they do.
Cruise youtube, you'll find explicit and graphic videos.
My wife said she read an article that listed all the religions that do this and it included Christianity.
She doesn’t remember the source.
The lick-spittle traitor muzzie-loving commie media is doing all it can to cover this up.
I fell for the same misdirection the first time it came around FR ... I'm too old for a "post" button, I think.
""Female genital mutilation constitutes a particularly brutal form of violence against women and girls. It is also a serious federal felony in the United States. The practice has no place in modern society and those who perform FGM on minors will be held accountable under federal law," stated Acting United States Attorney Daniel Lemisch."
Let's go!! Where are the women marching for these young girls? Let's put them all behind bars, remove any licensing from medical professionals, and prosecute the parents as well. I call this child abuse, not religious freedom.
Doesn’t Free Republic have a rule, that you can’t read the article until you’ve submitted at least one post?
Just gott'a suck it up and admit .. I read too little, post too much and move faster than my old mind should be assaulted with.
Thanx for the attempt, Bayb.
Beautiful day for the garden.
Putting yourself in the hands of muslim is not a good idea.
The NUMBER ONE rule for leftists is that they will NEVER call any aspect of Islam, Sharia, mutilation or Islamic law into question. That is their bugaboo and, honestly, I haven’t figured out why. The only possible reason is these stupid people somehow inherently believe Islam will overtake us all and they want to be on the winning side as they perceive it. There’s no rational explanation for it. It is mind boggling, frankly.
Some dems tell me this is about religious freedom.
After that sharia will be religious freedom and when they behead someone, that too will be religious freedom.
But refusing to bake the cake? Not so much.
Islam. We should be talking about it in past tense. As in “Remember when that despicable, evil belief system, known as islam, rampaged across the world before it was obliterated and destroyed?” Wishful thinking? Perhaps.
In Nevada the dems put out a bill to allow it to be legal.
Some dems tell me this is about religious freedom.

When I went to the Henry Ford website and tried to find her however, she no longer exists there.
I posted the link above to her complaint. I hope she gets at least 15 yrs in prison or more 0 maybe it could be 5 yrs/child?
They are apparently still looking for more girls to include in charging her. Did you know parents from out of state were bringing girls to her?
