If it helps, I have worked on the systems that collect this type of intel, and I get to see product reports. Believe it. The planes that were bombed by our TLAMs were the planes that dropped the Poison gas. The field bombed was the origin of flight.
It will never help. These folks hate American power and want our influence reduced around the world ever bit as much as the loony left. No piece of evidence will change their predetermined positions.
We saw their duplicity during the Russian invasion of Crimea where they followed the Kremlin propaganda line verbatim. Then Putin handed out the medals to Russian troops destroying the “local uprising” narrative. Yet we never heard again from our local Putinists again about that.

I find it strangely funny that Reagan did a relatively identical response to a sorta similar situation in 1986. Operation El Dorado Canyon. Libyan Agents bombed a nightclub on April 5 in Germany, Reagan got tired of the going nowhere talks and then ordered the bombing of Libya in response on April 15.
