Flashy headlines, but is there any "there" there?
Who runs this site? Is it fake news?
I looked it up yesterday thinking the same thing!! :)
Couldn’t find much. Nothing bad, nothing good. Just the site.
It’s on a number of lists for manufacturing fake news stories. I don’t trust them. I’ve seen a couple stories from them pulled here on FR.
I’ve noticed dozens of new sites over the past year that look like they lean conservative but are nothing but click bait. Many times they are spouting news that is months or years old.
If they have a story about the NYPD and Weiner’s laptop run like hell, it’s fake
With news sites, the big question is “Where do they get their news from?”
Drudge gets his news by referring to local or foreign news sites whose stories are not being carried by US national news media.
Breitbart and Fox have their own reporters, who get leads and scoops from insiders.
Wikileaks is the go-to place for people in the inside wanting to leak.
The rest of these small, obscure sites are mostly clickbait. Many make up stories either just to get clicks, or they are Leftist-run sites offering hoax stories just to make right-wingers look like idiots, and to promote the meme that anything that’s not covered by CNN and NY Times is “fake news”.
IMHO, garbage site. Nothing there to recommend it.
BREAKING: Trey Gowdy Just Told Comey To Sit Down And Shut UpIll Take It From Here BREAKING: Trey Gowdy Just Told Comey To Sit Down And Shut UpIll Take It From Here
2016 Election, US News
Trey Gowdy has been one of Americas greatest assets. The US Representative from South Carolina has been instrumental in prosecuting corrupt politicians and getting to the bottom of their scandals. Just recently, he was able to have the cold case of Vince Foster re-opened and declared a homicide. Now, with questions of Russian involvement at the DNC and the Deep State shadow government of Barack Obama working night and day to cover it up, Gowdy has grown tired with the obvious lack of ability or possible collusion hes been seeing from the FBI. Gowdys personal aide, Mandy Gonsales, told a reporter for TIME magazine that those days are over: Mr. Gowdy wants to know the truth. He hates it when there are lies and deceit going around. In this case, The Obama shadow government is doing
Tthe story originated with The Last Line of Defense (The Resistance), an openly fake news outfit whose disclaimer states:
I've seen USAPoliticsNow post articles from the hoax site -- that were total manipulation/fabrication-- which along with other clues indicates to me they don't care about accuracy one little bit. All they want is the web traffic (and the sick jollies they get from leading gullible conservatives around by the nose). The two sites had nearly identical blocks of sidebar advertisement a few days ago. I see it's been changed around, a little, now.
From the 'about' page http://thelastlineofdefense.org/about-us/;
DISCLAIMER: The Resistance may include information from sources that may or may not be reliable and facts that dont necessarily exist. All articles should be considered satirical and any and all quotes attributed to actual people complete and total baloney. Pictures that represent actual people should be considered altered and not in any way real.
It's clickbait garbage. Seriesly. Content designed to exploit red meat political issues. It exists to make money off of 'conservatives' (using click-through ads, etc.) while yanking their chains, trying to make them look stupid at the same time.
Notice how they hide who they are? All I could find were GoDaddy web hosting addresses.
The 'lastlineofdefense.org' jackasses are probably liberal punks with some net savvy, making a few bucks from naive conservatives, then laughing their liberal asses off when other sites copy/paste the fake news and spread it around.
Every freeper (and any conservative with two or more functioning brains cells) should stay far away from USAPoliticsNow, and lastlineofdefense.org.
Exactly. And then -- how deep does the rabbit hole go?
"Sources" close to --whatever?
Hey everybody, let's steer "the news" and influence public opinion!
Who spends big-time money doing that? Soros has for years. Media Matters David Brock goonies anyone?
Copycat crime of this nature has becomes hugh & series business.
The progressive Left is in it up to their hoo-hoos. Some of them completely submerged far past the eyeballs. (now we know why Brock's hair stands on end?)
The point fingers at "fake" news coming from ostensibly conservative web sites -- that THEY created in the first place!
Then again there are shallower operatives simply using issues which could draw viewership from among red-meat conservatives --because it's easy. They don't care about truth, they just need fresh web content.
It's some jagov's free wordpress blog.

Thanks to all for the responses.
USAPoliticsNow
Looks like fake stories.
Good one.

Nothing new to ‘get’... move on.
Do you get that now?
If you had but provided prior acknowledgement (that what I was telling you was factually correct -- and you had apparently been fooled) then I would have moved on, already. Even now I have to read between the lines...
Try wrapping your mind around that one. (it could have been so easy, but no -- it had to by all my fault and none of yours!)
Pride, baby, pride. You gots it. There's a lot of it around...
Pseudo-intellectualism is a quality mot avoid.. move on
