Does make me wonder if the owners of these businesses are wise enough to do a study to consider the frequency and reaction of consumers.
Consumers do pay attention, and tend to react less with complaints and more with simply avoiding businesses they have concerns with.

It used to be that these things happened at Red Lobster, then it was Chuck E. Cheese and now Waffle House is in the news all the time. It’s anyone’s guess where this particular group will end up next month. Don't forget Denny's where it all began...

I think part of the issue is that a fair number of folks are showing up after 10PM...maybe lit up on something or drunk...then just not walking out to take a smoke when stressed. It’s not just customers....even employees are part of the problem.
I think Waffle House owners will get around to shutting down the business by 9PM and not opening until 5AM. It’s like a magnet for drunks and dopers now.

Anyone who has travel through the South and stopped at a Waffle House knows between 2 and 5 am if you want to fight or watch a fight Waffle House is the place to go.
