He was screwing the home owners daughter in his own house. Not guilty.

You better read the report.

It was "overnight hours and this was a "guest bedroom" dad went to investigate. The suspect did not respond to warning...And then comes bursting out of a guest closet?

I'd say dad was justified. But certainly no winners here.

The dad did not know he was invited into the house, he announced he had a gun, the kid charged out of a closet in the dark at 3AM...

Good shootin’ dad.

The daughter learned a lesson too.
