Not sure if real or not. Haven’t researched it. But I kinda wouldn’t be surprised. I found it on FB. I’ve heard not everything one sees on the internet is truth, though. ;)

“The rudeness at McD’s is the worst out of any of them. It’s really ghetto.”

On that, you are correct. I live in an upper-middle class, GOP leaning suburb of Minneapolis.

Our local McDonald’s is obnoxious in term of staffing and cleanliness. The wait is usually too long to get your food.

Gotta say, at the couple of stores I go to near Pittsburgh, the staff is always polite and friendly.

Most of them are young black kids.

lol. I bet they are GOOD.

I’m sure one could buy it at Wal-Mart, too, right? Or do you have to specialty order it?

Happy Meals for adults, with ammo and condoms for toys. Also make the latter easier to chew.

I'm not sure easier to chew condoms are a necessarily winning marketing strategy, but what do I know?

“Stop charging $4.99 for a Big Mac for a start.

I only buy them on Big Mac Monday for $2.19 or if I get a BOGO on their App.

For 4.99 I can get a Double-Double and Fries at In & Out Burger.”

Exactly. In-N-Out’s #1 meal (Double-Double, fries and medium soft drink) is only a few cents more than a Big Mac meal. I know a few folks here are going to talk about In-N-Out being overrated, etc., but if they saw the two side by side I’m pretty sure even they would choose the In-N-Out meal.

And on top of that, it’s a much better customer experience. The counter staff is friendly and polite, and SPEAKS ENGLISH! I probably wait a bit longer there than I would at McDonald’s, but it’s still not an inordinately long wait and I think the food is worth it.

I had that at Wendy’s, late 70’s. Wondered who sat on the takeout bag, looked nothing like the menu pics. They got squared away later...

And the oil that they were forced to switch to by the ‘health nuts’ was actually more deadly. They need to switch back!

They do pretty well on the freeways - If I need a quick exit off/on for a potty break, McDs does allow a pretty quick in/out and they’re usually clean enough.

In the near term, McDonald’s focus is on four pillars: menu innovation, store renovations, digital ordering and delivery.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So nothing on improving the quality of the food? Seriously?
Their food sucks. Even for low quality fast food - they suck.
Spend billions on these “four pillars” all you want. If your burgers still suck, people won’t come.
Its. Just. That. Simple.
But they DID start serving breakfast 24/7. None of the other chains did that. In fact, if I DO go into one these days it would be to get a egga-mcmuffin.
“Certain “types” of customers more than others (if you know what I mean) has been my experience.”
I walked out of a McDonald’s in Union City, CA, without even ordering for this very reason. The mostly “troubled inner-city youth” staff ignored me for a good five minutes before I decided I wasn’t that hungry after all.
I have not been back to that store since, and never will be.
“Arch Deluxe anyone?”
I was actually thinking of the Arch Deluxe a few weeks ago. My fiance’ and I saw “The Founder” at a local theatre and were driving by a local McDonald’s afterwards.
Hell, I liked the Arch Deluxe. I thought it was a great tasting burger.
I wish they would fry the burgers at a higher temperature. They look kind of “gray” when they should be “brown.” But that is true of all the fasties, IMO.
