Dept. of Labor and ICE needs to demand an audit of ALL their H1Bs and non-citizen employees to make sure these companies are following the law. Any of the ones with government contracts should get OFCCP desk audits as well. We’ll see if they still complain after that.

These Hi tech firms,...many on the wast coast have now been exposed regarding their serious abuse of the H1B program for highly skilled workers from oversea....
