They need to have a special black Oscar category like they used to have for black and white films. Through 1966, there were separate B&W categories for cinematography, art direction and costume design. It was discontinued once they'd reached a point where pretty much everything was shot in color.

So, they could have a "best black" categories for acting and maybe others like director. Of course, some will complain that "it's not the same as a 'real' Oscar", but then, that's the nature of affirmative action. When they hand out black Oscars this year, they will be just as bogus as they would be if they were in a special category.

It's fun to watch Hollywood eat its own.
