Just saw an ad on espn for Obamacare, saying that people have until 1/31 to sign up before the penalty. What are we doing here, these ads should be pulled.

New Administration is taking names but there are so many names. Will take some time to diminish the the number of embeds placed by the previous gang.

Media has been purchased in contracted packages and the ads will likely continue to run per the contract. However, any new changes in required registration should be boldly noted on the Healthcare.gov website. I haven’t checked to see if this is the case.

Have you listened to the government ads on Rush and Hannity and others? Total waste of money. I would hope money going to the “Ad council” should be pulled.

Healthcare.gov - Advertising on ESPN

I saw a "healthcare.gov" add earlier today. Trump needs to order an immediate halt to these ads, and order the relevant officials to demand a refund for all unaired ad time.

The decision to air ads is entirely within the authority of the president.

Trump runs the executive branch, and these ads are produced and funded by some department. Order that department to cease doing this and those ads stop, regardless of the status of the law.

Get ‘em off before the end of the month, because you can’t enroll after that.

Which federal agency administers Obamacare? Will it fall under Dr. Carson?

With no enforceable federal government “penalty,” won’t many people simply opt out?

Potential violation of the contract?

That would be the only real hangup. He can still order them not to run the ads. He may not get the money back, but if the contract allows for it, then he should.

If the contract stops him from getting the money back, perhaps he can run a substitute PSA that says something like "Pay for your own health care. Stop expecting the government to solve your problems."

Then watch Liberal heads explode.
