You deadlift with your back bent like that? As someone that at one time could dead lift 535 pounds, the answer is absolutely not. Lift with the knees. I would not be surprised to hear he is bedridden after doing that.

I had a buddy about his age blow out both knees at the same time lifting hard. And it was nothing as crazy as what Flair did on that video. He’s in serious danger doing that crap at his age.
