Absolutely. A basic tenant of advertizing is to include a dog and a baby in the ad to foster a warm and fuzzy feeling.
Looks like a cartoonishly large head offset from the neck. Also can’t make out what’s behind her... either a large hood or someone else’s head. And unless the other woman is a hunchback, it appears the clone stamp tool has accidentally replaced the baby’s left hand with her mom’s shirt pattern.

Actually, the “they” was the Clinton Foundation who supplied the money for Chelsea’s home .. along with the 6-figure income from NBC (where Chelsea went to work).
The congress person retiring is a WOMAN .. last name: Lowey. I never saw any info re who the “new home” was for; but, I’m not surprised. I thought the new home was for Hillary; seeing as how Bill has a regular woman who visits the other home occasionally.
So, if the info you gave me was from the Post .. I think they have it all wrong .. and I’ve never known them to be that incorrect about anything.
I think your suspicions are correct. Look at Hillary’s face, it looks stretched. The size of her head looks like it isn’t at the same scale as the rest of the photo. There is also something going on with the dark on the left side of her head.

That was what I was looking like.
It looks like someone cut and pasted her head onto that picture.
Look closely at her head.
What is behind her left ear?
From the top of the shoulder up to the hair line, there is a large black object.
I would say that it is the residual of the original persons head. Especially if they were wearing a black hoodie of some sort.
