After the bloody head bashing of favorite characters in episode 1, I had an urge to change the channel the entire program. I haven’t watched the second episode...

I have my limits, LOL I change the channel for Obama, Hillary, Megyn, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Karl Rove. They all make me ill.

True dat.......I was hesitant to get back into the series after the first episode which I thought was over the top.
It looks like this season is going to be broken up into mini series with each group (rick and his, Darryl alone and Carol with Lenny) all getting equal time.......
As for Negan, I hope he dies the most horrible death ever devised on TV.......

Me neither. I asked myself after episode 1 if I really needed to watch this stuff, it was so brutal.
Episode 2 was fun. Yes, it is the zombie apocalypse. But everything is not always serious.

As I have posted, we have already seen Rick struggle
through personal crisis, his own pity party. If I see
much of that this time around then I will probably
go back to watching the Ed Sullivan Show for awhile,
anyway. I expect that he will disavow his leadership
role and that is OK. What I expect Grimes to do is to
go along with Negan while making a plan to take him
out. I want to see the sneaky, conniving Recon Rick.
I happened upon a YouTube video where there was a
a narrator describing the comic book version of
the current events of the series. I am slightly
encouraged that he seemed to be describing my
preferred scenario.
