That's a really big fountain for that size development. I wonder what its alternate purpose is... potable drinking water / filtration? Rainwater collection / cistern?

I've glanced at that general area for its Get Out Of Dodge potential, so I'm not sure how to feel about this project. I'm annoyed that these people just sent up a flare and attracted attention there, but the size of this project ($$$$$) does sort of validate the push-pin in my map.
