On Wednesday night, two warring factions Ivanka Trump and Rosie ODonnell met at our nations Versailles (Nobu) to make peace. And although well never know exactly what was said that historic night, apparently it moved ODonnell to artistic expression.
The next day she published a poem on her blog about the run-in. Titled 8 million to one, it describes her mind-set going into the meeting as well as what passed between her and Ivanka, whom she called the most beautiful woman Ive ever seen:
i walked the 5 steps toward her table introduced myself she smiled genuinely her husband was warm and gracious
i told her of my children some truths about myself my pain and shame she was absurdly kind
i just wanted u to know i said in a shaky quiet voice i then made my way down the large wooden stairway into my waiting car
8 MILLION TO ONE gives me all the feels
one commenter wrote, which pretty much sums it up.

Insulting to the writers out there, including myself, is what it is.
New Yorkers will have to swallow their gorge and nod appreciatively in order to keep publishing.
Saying what you mean in a mean town can only
mean you’re rich beyond The Hamptons or
committing career seppuku.
Agree. Wounded or twisted as children most likely. Pitiful things.
I read Rosie's
Poem
It had words
In it.
Then I was done. Writing my poem.
It was my poem that
I wrote after
Reading
Rosie's poem.
I cannot see why this deserves a Pulitzer. O’Donnell is decidedly a Clinton supporter. Obviously, this meeting made quite an impression on O’Donnell and apparently was not what she expected to encounter. I wonder if she was cowed and awed by Ivanka, so much so that it made her feel the need to explain herself for her oft-times outrageous, boorish behavior? Wonder if this will make her vote for “her husband”?
Donald was right (once again) Rosie IS a pig, and should be force-fed to the remaining prisoners at Gitmo!
I apologize if that was too harsh for the ‘snowflakes’...
“It does not even rhyme.”
Probably a bad translation. I’m sure it rhymes in the original Klingon.
Rosie is Klingon, isn’t she?
Creepy was my very first thought too. Many years ago I had the displeasure of serving her at a banquet event. She’s nasty and condescending also.
LOL
